Consequences for not meeting
Event Entry Deadlines
If event information is not entered by the deadlines prescribed for the
school year or an event does not take place due to coordinator error,
the following chain of events will occur:
A
new event must be
scheduled to take place in the next available registration period. (The
Event Management Team will assist the member in getting this new event
plugged into the schedule.)
The delinquent coordinator will have their
registration
privileges TURNED OFF UNTIL THE REGISTRATION PERIOD FOLLOWING THE
COMPLETION OF THEIR EVENT. (i.e. If your event is scheduled in the
first tri-mester of the year and it does NOT take place, your
registration privileges will be turned off during the whole 2nd
tri-mester of the year and your event must take place successfully
during this time to have your registrations privileges turned back on
for the 3rd and final tri-mester of the school year). The delinquent
coordinator, however, will be allowed to register their own family for
the event that is being re-scheduled. This also includes a scenario if
an event is scheduled for the end of the school year and it doesn't
take place. The coordinator will be blocked from registration for the
first tri-mester of the next school year until the event takes place.
If the new
event is successful,
all membership benefits will be restored.
